Theme:  The Labour movement, Strikes and, Poverty.

The Guyana Institute of Historical Research is not a club.  The Institute is run by a Board of Directors, who organize the annual fundraisers.   The two major fundraisers are, the tea party and fashion show and, the Take- away lunch.  All Directors must sell tickets for these events and help to promote the activities. We also accept donations.
