Guyana Institute of Historical Research Directors.

We regret to announce the death of the Director of Media, Mr. William Byron Orlando Michael (25 July 1957- 30 March 2015).  He was a founder member of the Institute.   Mr. Michael was the

first Public Relations Officer, first Director of Media and, first Co-ordinator of the GIHR Scrabble Club.  He leaves to mourn his wife Alexus, children Shequeta and Mawava, his siblings, in-laws, numerous friends, associates, the Guyana Association of Scrabble Players and, the members of the the Central Assembly of God church.  May his soul rest in peace.
